The up-draw method oxygen-free copper rod continuous casting production line is used to produce long and bright oxygen-free copper rods. The induction melting furnace melts the cathode copper into a liquid, which is isolated from the air by charcoal or graphite flakes to prevent oxidation. The induction holding furnace keeps the copper liquid temperature at 1150℃±10℃, and the casting machine rapidly crystallizes the copper liquid in the crystallizer, and then continuously produces copper rods, and then completes the final product equipment through the double-head wire take-up machine and other accessories.

Our Copper Rod Upward Continuous Casting Line has the main advantages of low investment, good product quality, no pollution, and convenient operation. Different production line configurations are available, with production capacities ranging from 3,000 tons to 10,000 tons per year. The pouring machine is driven by a servo motor, with high speed stability and high control accuracy. The servo motor drive is equipped with a touch screen man-machine interface, which is simple and convenient to operate.

The coiling speed and laying method of the coiler are automatically synchronized and controlled according to the preset values.

The entire production line is controlled by a sophisticated PLC system, and all machines are automatically synchronized.

The design and construction of all production lines can work continuously in three shifts.

1. Charger: The charger consists of a holding range.

2. Melting furnace: consists of a power frequency induction melting furnace and a power frequency induction holding furnace.

3. Rewinder: There are two sets of AC servo motor devices on the side of the rewinder. Each crystallizer can be easily installed.

4. The liquid level tracking device keeps a fixed distance between the machine and the molten copper level.

5. Double coiler: consists of motor, reducer, coiling device, turntable device, etc. The rod is driven by two pairs of clamping rollers and is coiled by an automatically rotating disk.

6. Temperature measurement system: The unit temperature measurement system can measure the temperature of copper water and the temperature of water in and out of the cooling water system.
